Harmony Week. Beautiful name to mean a time to remember that all of us belong at the same race: the human race! Harmony means: no barriers among religions, among cultures and any other difference among us. Everyone is human and that’s it!

Open Spirit Center – the place where we had the meeting

In Framingham (MA) we supported this idea through an interfaith meeting: we had a Pot Luck sharing with many foods from different countries and then we had five speakers belong to various religions: Cristian (catholic), Muslim, Baha’I, Traditional African religion and Sikh.

The meeting started with this watchword: “Love for God and love for your neighbor”. This is the invitation of the Harmony Week which goes beyond all religions. Indeed, each speaker told about peace, harmony, coexistence and common belonging of the human species.

It was a very meaningful evening, sharing our common tense of humanity. It gives us hopeful to believe that a better world is possible and it is coming! We have this responsibility to make this dream real…
